New Deck
This 2 year old home had no deck and we were called in to create a large entertaining space. We designed and decorated this 2 tiered deck. It boasts a conversation area, sun tanning area and large eating area. It was constructed of cedar and painted to match the homes exterior. The trellis was custom made.
Screen Room Addition
This 10 year old home lacked a deck or any outside space. This 16x16 screen room ties so perfectly into the home it looks like it’s always been there. We also added an additional patio. The great thing about this screen room is the expanse of the screens, there is almost nothing blocking the view of their beautifully landscaped yard. We included a ceiling fan for comfort and outside speakers that tie into the receiver in their living room. Two skylights provide natural early morning sunlight. Great for that early cup of jo!
