House Lift
This home needed a lot of updating. These living room shots show how we moved one wall to enlarge a bedroom and make the living room a bit smaller and we were able to build in the homeowners existing big screen tv. We wired the room for surround sound and refinished the wood floors. We also cut in the window opening between the dining area and the kitchen to open up the space. Throughout the 1st floor we removed all the pine paneling and installed new insulation and drywall. Then we helped them decorate the new space.
